How To Develop Telepathy Skills
You have some form of psychic ability already that can help you learn how to develop telepathy as long as you permit yourself to be able to tell the difference between a subliminal message and your own thoughts. Learning to distinguish between these two is imperative with telepathy.
The definition of telepathy is to send or receive thoughts or feelings. Many people assume that this will be very clear, just like speaking to someone verbally. The truth is that most of the time it will be very simple picture or feeling that you get from someone else. If you’re sending the message, it may be received as calling you because they were thinking about you.
The best way to start is to let your mind clear and simply meditate on nothing in particular. This allows impressions to come to you. At first, your own thoughts may over come the gentler psychic impressions but with time, you will be able to recognize them.
Perhaps the easiest way to develop telepathy is to work with someone else who is receptive to getting in sending messages back. You will want to concentrate on a detailed picture forwarded message and send them to your partner and see how much of that they can tell you back. Practice sending and receiving these back and forth since this can give you instant feedback a show you where your strengths and weaknesses line with telepathy. If you find that you’re stronger in receiving, you may choose to practice more with sending or vice versa.
The most important thing is to practice, practice, and practice. This helps develop the skills you need. If you are naturally empathic you may find this exercise easier, but practicing is no less important if you have an inherent ability as without it.
Your brain is a muscle and you will have to exercise it. Developing telepathy can be done with practice and by paying attention to the images you receive and learning what they are and how to recognize them. Don’t be worried if it seems unclear at first, practice really does help here!
